the 2002 version of Doctor Zhivago (film). I will probably watch the 1965 very soon. Can't say I will like it more. But these are awful depressing. Don't watch it. Zhen, you'd love it (*weirdo* =D )

I think I never saw it cos I thought I should read it first? I saw a Korean film last night MEMORIES OF MURDER- was pretty good...although Korean films are always a bit violent for me...this one was okay...whatever you do DO NOT SEE "OLD BOY" (shudder)

I did like "Freeze," though. That was Korean. And some famous (forgot the name) Korean show about cooking. It wasn't a cooking show, though, it was more of a drama, type thing. But it was nice.
That shows up on our public stations sometimes, here. "World" channel or something like that. It's lovely.
So I AM up for Korean cinema in general...
