I could get obscene about how nice this new haircut feels. hahahaha
couldn't stop caressing the back of my head on the way home.
Anyway, the gal did a wonderful job in that she did NOT touch the front of my hair (the long parts in the front) but just trimmed the back, making it perfect. Still a great summer cut. I like it so well, though, that I'll have to buy a heavy scarf to wear in the winter 'cause I'm not willing to grow it out at all, ever.
AND I still get a kick out of how many times I have to tell a given coiffeuse to go shorter! Shorter, yes! Above the neckline, yeah. Cut it off. Shave it off. Use clippers. I don't care what you do - but get it off my neck and make it short. ^^ At least I've gotten less timid about telling them just how short I want it, even if it takes several tries. =)
Finally, I want to add that I've entered the Hoarding stage of my life.
Yes, it began with pink shirts. But it has expanded now to include my favorite teal eyeliner. I hope to acquire a good dozen pencils of said color..... soon as I get around to it. I'm sure this is important to have in case of emergency.
Maybe I'll just get 6.
Guess I'll get ready for luau now... Will keep you posted.
